Descriptif du poste

As Exotec Nihon Talent Manager, your duties will be to :

Talent Management

  • Be responsible of the onboarding of each new employee (working tools, planning, training…) and ensure smooth integration
  • For foreigners (expats or local hires), organize personal support: visa, housing, administrative matters
  • Act as the local HR interlocutor for our employees and actively support them on HR
  • and Offices management issues (supply of office or work tools and equipment, training plan
  • organization of team building events, language classes, career development…)
  • Act the intermediary between our employees and our payroll & legal partner on
  • administrative HR issues (contract, payroll, expenses, holidays…)
  • Assist Head of HR to the set up all the requires HR processes and rules, and ensure there are compliant with Japanese labor laws and regulations
  • Act as one of the local keeper of Exotec company culture; support local GM to create a positive working environment and employees’ success

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the growth of Exotec Nihon by facilitating recruiting of the best candidates on the market
  • Closely support Head of HR and the local management team during the whole recruitment process, from the first call to the offer meeting; join interviewing processes when relevant
  • Act as a point of entry for every candidate and make sure that they live a good experience while in recruitment process with Exotec
  • Gradually take a more active role towards conducting active sourcing and head-hunting to identify, contact and convince the candidates to join Exotec
  • Adapt and improve Exotec recruitment process to local standards (tools, processes,
  • company presentation…)

Profil recherché

  • Demonstrated HR experience in talent management; also ideally in recruiting (eg. experience at in-house or recruitment agency; potential to develop recruiting sourcing including digital recruiting
  • Personal empathy, strong written and verbal communication abilities both in English and Japanese (any additional language is an asset), able to address people-related challenges
  • Effective partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholders both local and global level
  • Strong business acumen to understand our business
  • Result oriented and ability to deal with multi-task
  • Autonomy, able to suggest areas for improvement
  • Positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities necessary to build a cohesive local team
  • Agility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
  • High level of commitment to Exotec teams and management; can be trusted to maintain confidential information
