Descriptif du poste

• Manage Exotec Business-Unit in Japan
• Make sure that your BU will be autonomously able to sell, deploy and maintain projects directly with the customers if needed
• Be responsible of the financial results of your business-unit
• Ensure a constant reporting of your activities and results to the global management
• Manage and expand the Japanese Exotec teams by recruiting highly qualified profiles (managers, engineers, technicians)
• Organize and manage the Japanese facilities necessary to support Exotec expansion in Japan
• Overview the marketing activities and actions in the area
• Conduct active business development directly with prospects and clients but also through integrators who will sell our solutions on the market
• Create strong partnerships with recognized integrators to develop the business (sales + projects) of Exotec in your country
• Follow and accompany closely those integrators during all the pre-sales and projects phases
• Use your expertise on Exotec products to help the integrators win projects
• Act as a link between the integrators and the R&D and technical teams of Exotec
• Create partnerships with local subcontractors, in close relation with our central supply department to ensure and guarantee high quality standards

Profil recherché

• You have a successful experience in the management of a business-unit
• You have a proven experience in successfully planning and delivering large projects, and maintaining industrial installations at full performance levels
• You have a broad knowledge of the ecosystem of logistics and/or order preparation systems
• Ideally, you are a recognized expert of automation material handling systems with at least 20 years of experience within the intralogistics field – you may be coming from Exotec competitors, and wish to advance your opportunities with an emerging market leader
• You have the right technical competences and expertise to defend Exotec technical solutions and offers
• You like to manage teams and make them grow alongside with the development of your business-unit
• You understand Japanese business practices and have the ability to build networks and track market developments
• You command respect and authority to interface with large Japanese companies at most senior level
• You have technical curiosity and business acumen to keep Exotec ahead of competition and trends
• Ideally Japanese is one of your native languages; if not, you have a proven capacity to communicate (verbal and written), lead and negotiate in Japanese
• You speak English fluently
