With the award Exotec recognizes A1 Sorter’s outstanding achievements in sales and customer service
Polish logistics integrator A1 Sorter is this year’s winner of the Exotec Global Integrator of the Year Award. Exotec®, a global company that develops scalable robotic systems for intralogistics and implements them as warehouse automation solutions, presented the award at a ceremony at the integrator’s headquarters.
The Exotec Global Integrator of the Year Award was created to spotlight partners who embody Exotec’s core principles by providing world-class customer service. The following categories were considered in the assessment:
- Quality of service to joint customers
- Volume of joint business and pace of growth
- Engagement in cross-promotional endeavours
Exotec has been active in Eastern Central Europe since the end of 2020. Warehouse automation is also gaining momentum there, not least due to the ever-increasing shortage of personnel in the logistics sector. Exotec’s goal for 2024 and beyond is to increasingly serve the growth markets of Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia with A1 Sorter.
