Access to IntraLogisteX is completely free, but registration is mandatory. Remember to download your badge in advance to avoid waiting and ensure smooth access to the event. Once registered, you can arrange a meeting with the Exotec teams by filling out the form.

Plan your visit

With over 11,000 visitors expected, we recommend planning your trip in advance. Book your accommodation and check transport options to the Coventry Building Society Arena, where the event is taking place.

Once you arrive

Upon arrival, pick up a visitor guide to help you make the most of your visit. Interactive terminals will help you locate us.

By car

Follow signs to the NEC from the M42, M40 and M6 motorways. Enter B40 1NT into your satnav, then head for car parks NORTH 2, 3 and 4. A free shuttle bus or signposted footpath will take you to Hall 6.

By train

Travel to Birmingham International Railway Station, a 10-minute walk from the NEC. From Birmingham New Street, it’s a 15-minute journey to connect.

By bus or plane

From Birmingham Airport, take the free Air-Rail Link, which will take you to the NEC in 90 seconds. Regional buses also serve the site.
