MEET AN EXOTEC SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Exotec took up a crazy challenge: deploy a micro-fulfillment center in a food retail outlet in only 6 weeks. This means setting up 26 robots, 8,000 bins, 16,000 slots! The best performance achieved so far was 12 weeks, but our on-site staff were all fully dedicated to beat this deployment time record. Let’s meet them.
