We partnered with Decathlon to unify their e-commerce and store replenishment fulfillment across the European continent. To accomplish this, Exotec designed an end-to-end solution built of modular building blocks that can easily scale as the business grows. This design was then applied across all seven warehouses and connected via Exotec’s Deepsky WES software for consistent interfaces and standard APIs.
By unifying each warehouse within their supply chain, Decathlon is already seeing impressive results. Now, B2B distribution centers feed into B2C fulfillment centers, accelerating the flow of goods and allowing them to decrease the number of inventory on hand, saving space, time, and cost.
