Located within MFLP Funabashi III, the EC Automated Logistics Center serves as the fulfillment hub for Mitsui Fudosan’s official online retail platform, “&mall.”
The facility represents a cutting-edge logistics model that addresses critical industry challenges such as the shortage of truck drivers and warehouse personnel.

As a real estate developer, Mitsui Fudosan made a strategic decision to invest in automation and make that capability available to other e-commerce operators as well.

Through the introduction of the Exotec Skypod® system and the launch of MFLP & LOGI Sharing, the company aims to enhance logistics efficiency, support labor savings, and promote smarter fulfillment across Japan’s e-commerce sector.
