Talent Manager – US

Descriptif du poste

You support the fast growth of Exotec in North America by acting as local head of HR. You report directly to global Head of People and work on 2 main missions :

Talent Acquisition

  • Act as a business partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and to setup efficient hiring strategies
  • Constantly look to gain knowledge on our projects and products to keep a comprehensive vision of Exotec market and internal organization
  • Work on the whole scope of Exotec jobs from operations to marketing
  • Identify, attract, and close candidates that align with Exotec internal culture and skills standards
  • Setup innovative hiring processes and ensure a qualitative candidate experience
  • Contribute to Exotec upgrowth by leading internal projects (inclusion and diversity, recruiting tools, campus management…)


  • Act as the local HR lead for Exotec inc. employees and actively support them on HR (people management, C&B, payroll, legal, processes…) and Offices management issues (supply of office or work tools and equipment, training plan organization of team building events, language classes, …)
  • Act the intermediary between Exotec inc. employees and the payroll & legal partners on administrative HR issues (payroll, healthcare, 401k, expenses…)
  • Setup all the requires local HR processes and rules, and ensure there are compliant with US laws and regulations
  • Are responsible of the onboarding of each new employee (administrative, working tools, planning, training…) and ensure smooth integration
  • Guarantee that Exotec company culture is spread and respected internally
  • Bring your support to create a diverse & positive working environment and employees’ success
  • Adapt and improve Exotec recruitment process to local standards (tools, processes, company presentation…)
  • Collaborate with global HR team in various projects

Profil recherché

Required Qualifications Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience on an Recruiter/HR role (HRBP, Talent Acquisition…)
  • Experience in a fast growing environment (tech start-up, scale-up) is an asset


  • Personal empathy, strong written and verbal communication abilities, able to address people-related challenges
  • Effective partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholders both local and global level

Working practice:

  • Agility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
  • High level of commitment to Exotec teams and management; can be trusted to maintain confidential information


  • Recognized competences in recruiting, managing, and supporting talents in different countries and culture
  • Curiosity and ability to gain knowledge on a broad variety of subjects
  • Great skills at selling company’s project and culture to candidates


  • Mastering any additional languages besides English is an asset
