Descriptif du poste

You work closely with the Managing Director Japan and the International sales team in France and work on:

  • The business development and response to initial customer requests in Japan and Internationally
  • The analysis of their demands and logistical needs
  • The engineering and design of concepts and commercial offers
  • Direct customer monitoring during the sales phase
  • Defending your offers during the final stages of negotiations
  • Interfacing with project teams to prepare for deployment phase
  • Passing on information to the research and development team in order to constantly improve our systems
  • Participation in commercial and marketing activities (tradeshows, forums, site visits…)
  • Commercial and strategic intelligence

Profil recherché

  • You have completed successfully your studies in mechanical or industrial engineering or you have a comparable qualification
  • You have minimum experience of 4 years in engineering or consulting in the logistics/supply chain sector
  • You have recognized skills in technical and commercial monitoring of large-scale logistics projects
  • You are comfortable in customer relations, from first contact to closing, with large accounts as with start-ups
  • You want to support Exotec in its development and participate in making it the reference company of robotics in Japan and the world
  • You have an excellent social competence, very good writing skills and know how to work independently
  • You have a fluent level of English & Japanese
